One-on-One Class Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Student Cancellations/Rescheduling (Advance Notice): To cancel or reschedule a private lesson, students must provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or contact the instructor/administration via email. Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will typically result in a credit toward a future class or (in special cases) a full refund, processed within 5-10 business days. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: -If notice is not given within the required timeframe, the session will be considered a late cancellation or no-show. -In such cases, the student will be charged for the class and will not receive a refund or credit for the missed session. Exception: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss exceptional circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate. Make-Up Sessions: Classes canceled with sufficient notice must be rescheduled within 30 days. Make-up classes are subject to instructor availability. Group Classes: Group classes generally cannot be rescheduled unless all students agree to a new time and notify the school in advance. Individual late cancellations for a group class will not receive a refund or credit. Instructor/School Cancellations: If an instructor or the school must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather), we will make every effort to reschedule the class at a time convenient for students. If rescheduling is not possible, students will receive a full refund for the canceled session or a free additional class upon rescheduling. Agreement to Policy: By enrolling in classes, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
